• Mosques and palaces have rigorous dress codes: ladies must wear long, loose garments with their arms and legs covered. Women must also cover their heads at all times. The tour operator will give a long Abaya with scarf (long black dress clothes) for Mosque visits, which must be returned; men must not show past their knees and must cover their shoulders. Failure to do so will result in a refusal to enter. Men’s clothing cannot be provided by the tour operator.
• Tattoos must be covered
• It is not possible to visit the Sheikh Zayed Mosque during any Islamic festival.
• The duration of this tour will be between 8 and 9 hours depending on traffic
• If you have a return trip on the same day, it is not suggested to book this tour on Friday because the drop-off time is based on traffic and cannot be guaranteed.
• Lunch is not included; however, you will be given time to eat at Marina Mall, Carrefour, or the Food Court OR The Full Corniche View Restaurant (at your own expense). Restaurants will be closed during Ramadan; it is recommended that you bring some food with you.
• As a national palace, Qasr Al Watan may be closed to the public without prior notice during Presidential Events.
• There is a shuttle bus service to the entrance from the main gate of the palace
• Guided tours are not permitted within the palace; nevertheless, your guide will provide crucial facts about the palace prior to your visit.

• Pickup is provided from all Dubai City hotels, apartments, and cruise terminals (Port Rashid and Dubai Harbour). Pickup outside of the city limits is available for a cost.
• Royal Palace entry tickets are included, but the tour guide won’t be able to provide explanations inside the palace as it is not permitted. Guide will give you all the information about the palace before you enter inside.
